How location works here
Search visibility for an NDIS provider is local by nature. A family looking for support does not search nationally, they search for their service in their suburb, which is why every provider site gets a page per service and per area they genuinely cover.
That is also why we do not publish a fixed list of serviced regions. The right list is whatever a given provider can actually staff, and building pages for areas they cannot service is how a provider ends up with enquiries they have to turn away.
