Central Coast 路 New South Wales

Can a Central Coast provider get IT support without a local provider on site?

Yes, and that is how it is delivered. Support is remote, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm AEST, which is local time. The nearest office is Liverpool, but no on-site visit is offered on the Central Coast and no engineer is based here.

Gosford and Wyong providers face metropolitan reporting and access problems with a smaller admin team. LYD AssistOS is part of Sharktech Global's Launch Your Dream ecosystem.

Which offer

Platform, projects and managed IT are three different things

They are not the same purchase. One is a subscription, one is a fixed scope of work and one is an ongoing agreement, and we price them separately rather than bundling them to look bigger.

Local context

What is happening around the Central Coast

Context only. Government investment does not by itself create an IT grant or a procurement opportunity.

More than $1.8 million announced for Central Coast health facility upgrades.

Includes converting an existing acute aged care inpatient unit at Gosford Hospital into an eight-bed special care unit, and expanding the emergency department ambulance triage zone.

Announced funding, works not completeNSW Health30 September 2026

Wyong Hospital's $200 million redevelopment is reported complete.

NSW project pages and trade reporting differ on how much of the later stage remains outstanding, so confirm the current position before relying on it.

Gosford Hospital redevelopment is listed as completed.

Delivered a new emergency department, intensive care and high dependency units, and expanded maternity and paediatric services.

Support at Home personal care contributions changed on 1 October 2026.

Relevant to every home care provider operating on the Central Coast.

Central Coast questions

Questions providers ask

Is anyone from Sharktech based on the Central Coast?

No. There is no Central Coast office, resident engineer or on-call team. Support is remote, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm AEST, from offices in Liverpool and South Yarra. We would rather say that plainly than imply a local presence.

We are a small Gosford provider. Is managed IT worth it?

Not always, and a pilot is the way to find out. A managed IT pilot month starts from A$2,500 + GST on a set scope. If the problem is reporting or a single manual process, a scoped automation project from A$3,000 + GST is usually the better first step.

Can you connect to our existing care software?

Only where that software allows export or integration, and we check before quoting. No specific NDIS or aged care platform is listed as a supported integration. If a custom data warehouse would be required, we say so rather than take on that build.

Next step

Start with one defined problem

A 30-minute discovery call, then a written scope with an agreed price and a measure for whether it worked. No obligation, and no proposal unless you ask.
