Context only. Government investment does not by itself create an IT grant or a procurement opportunity.
A $23.1 million alcohol and other drug residential rehabilitation centre is funded for Dubbo.
Listed in the 2026-27 NSW Budget papers. Nothing current was found on the later stages of the Dubbo Hospital redevelopment.
Support at Home personal care contributions changed on 1 October 2026.
A participant does not pay for approved personal care where it sits in their plan and the budget covers it.
NDIS participation and capacity-building budgets began reducing on 1 October 2026.
Social, civic and community participation supports and capacity building daily activity budgets are being progressively reduced. Core daily living and personal care are not affected.

Is anyone from Sharktech based in Dubbo?
No. There is no Dubbo office, resident engineer or on-call team. The two offices are in Liverpool NSW and South Yarra VIC, and everything here is delivered remotely. Support runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm AEST, which is local time.
Can you connect to our existing care software?
Only where that software allows an export or an API, and we check before quoting. No NDIS or aged care platform is listed as a supported integration. If a custom data warehouse would be required, we say so rather than take on that build.
What does a first engagement cost?
A single defined problem with a written scope and a measure. Workflow automation starts from A$3,000 + GST and a cybersecurity posture assessment from A$5,000 + GST, both excluding GST and confirmed in writing after a short assessment. The LYD AssistOS platform is separate, from $220 per month + GST, or $165 billed annually.
